Windermere Exclusive Properties Sienna Hills luxury condominium community in Escondido attracted eager house-hunters last weekend during its new $60,000 incentive promotion. Prospective home buyers lined up to learn how to benefit from new state and city-sponsored housing incentives that provide the “average” home buyer with thousands of dollars towards a down payment.
”For a limited time, Escondido homebuyers can receive up to $60,000 in incentives when they purchase a new condominium at Sienna Hills”, located at 145 W.
