Why Do Agents Chose to Join Windermere?
December 28th, 2007 Categories: Agents, Real Estate News
Despite the many challenges the real estate industry faced in 2007, this year proved to be one of the best for Windermere Exclusive Properties. We increased production by 25% and hired a lot of outstanding agents.
Here is what our agents are saying about us
Jeanne Lopez, Encinitas Office
“I have been with Windermere for two years and the thing I enjoy the most is the support that we agents receive from our management and owners as well as the high quality and integrity of the agents that work for Windermere. ”
Linda Grubbs, Escondido Office
“We are a family here, all five of our offices. It is very special. That was the most important thing in choosing an office for me; it was the office environment and the atmosphere. That is what I was looking for and that is what I found at Windermere”
Jeff Cole, Encinitas Office
“Having worked for both Prudential and Coldwell Banker I can appreciate the support, professionalism and the image quality Windermere has to offer.”
Debra Fine, Carmel Valley Office
“Windermere remembers who comes first, the client!”
Jackie Bendix, Encinitas Office
“From the owners to the office staff, everyone has the best interest of both the agents who work here, and the clients they represent. I know that this is unique to this industry. It is a great feeling working for a company where the knowledge and support are there for you whenever you need it.”
Karen May, Carlsbad Village Office
“Ownership and management are first class”
Pat Dunphy, Escondido Office
“I see this place as the best opportunity to be successful. The tools are great. The website is great. There is so much involved in real estate. It is almost overwhelming.
For me, it is all about the support. The atmosphere, it is a family. They know who you are; everyone is social and helpful. It is a different way of working - the Windermere culture. It is very professional. There is an emphasis on doing things right.“
Jennifer Locke, Encinitas Office
“Windermere combines the advantages of a large nationally known company with the atmosphere and response of a locally based company.”
Bev Paine, Encinitas Office
“If I had to describe Windermere in one word, it would be classy. Windermere embodies elegance. Our offices are beautiful. I am proud to bring clients in. We have great style.
I am all about customer service. Windermere lets you choose your own affiliates. They respect your right to chose. The managers want you to succeed. There is great internal support.”

Carmel Valley Agents Run Ocean Air School Book Drive
December 27th, 2007 Categories: 4S Ranch, Community Events, Del Sur, Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Real Estate News
Windermere Agents in Carmel Valley took it upon themselves to run a book drive for E. Ocean Air Elementary School. They passed out thousands of fliers, hung posters have in the neighborhood stores and are spreading the word to their clients. The Windermere agents are eager to contribute to the new schools needs and hope the book they are donating helps the children gain an interest in reading.
Jean Wilson & Peggy Chomas of Windermere Exclusive Properties
“Children are trying to identify themselves by something or somebody. In healthy books, good morals win in the end,” said Windermere agent and book drive promoter, Shapar Ostovar. “Instead of TV, good books will help them grow.”
The participating agents are impressed with the high quality of books being donated. “We received a variety of genres from fairy tales to science fiction,” said Ostovar. “Included in the science fiction genre is an autographed copy of the book Touchdown MARS! Author Ken Edgett dedicated the book to the children of the E. Ocean Air Elementary School.”
Agents will continue to collect books and are happily accepting donations from the community. If you have any new or used books that would be appropriate for grades K - 6, please contact Shapar Ostovar to arrange a pick-up or drop-off.
You can reach us at 877-571-2289 for more information or drop off the books yourself to any Windermere office.
