Sue Johnson Earns Prestigious Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation

It is with great pride that your HotOnSanDiego Team Leader Sue Johnson, GRI has earned the prestigious Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and welcomed by the SRES Council. Although this is the newest member of the National Association of REALTORS family of designations, the SRES Council is known to have knowledgeable, passionate memebers that serve consumers in the 55 and older market.
It has been reported that in five years 40% of the U.S. population will be age 55 or older. By earning the SRES designation, Sue has demonstrated an understanding that this demographic has very specialized needs when it comes to purchasing and selling property. The course she completed for this important designation has giver her a formidable baseline to serve the needs of her clients and consumers. The professional staff at the SRES Council understands that there is a need to continually update consumers on issues and topics regarding this market segment.
