Windermere to Open Offices in Rancho Bernardo and Carlsbad- effective April 1st, 2009

We are extremely pleased and excited to announce that effective April 1st, 2009, we will assume the North County offices and business of McMillin Realty. 
ribbonAs a result of the challenging real estate market and the economic recession, McMillin has decided to make a commitment to focus all of their resources in the South County where their roots began and where they have the largest real estate presence.
We are pleased that Scott McMillin found that Windermere Real Estate was exactly the right company to assume the responsibility of servicing the agents and clients they have been working with for years.
He chose Windermere and Steve Rodgers to take over the operations because of their combined commitment, expertise, knowledge, and strong leadership in the North County Real Estate market. This vote of confidence in us is a true reflection of the character and professionalism found and demonstrated at Windermere.
The two locations in North County include Rancho Bernardo and Carlsbad.
